General enquiry consent
By ticking the enquiry checkbox, you agree to send your name, email and non-sensitive general request to the operator through the email contact connector. The team may use them to respond to that request. If signed in, a minimal private submission receipt may also be saved. This does not consent to treatment or confirm a booking.
Adult text-AI acknowledgement
The selected adult skin tendency and cosmetic goal are sent to the enabled AI service for educational output. No user-written medical history is requested. The provider retention/training terms have not been independently verified. You should not submit personal or sensitive health details. AI can be inaccurate and does not diagnose or prescribe.
Images and training
This application does not collect or process images. No image-processing or training consent is requested or granted through this application.
Minors and medical decisions
Personalised AI generation is restricted to adults. General source-linked education remains available for families. A parent or guardian and qualified clinician should guide medical decisions for a minor.
Withdrawal and deletion
You may clear an AI result from your browser session. These controls do not erase AI provider records. Dashboard receipt deletion does not cancel the emailed request. Contact the operator for account and enquiry deletion requests.
